Can’t Get Pregnant?

If you think you’ve tried everything to get pregnant and still wondering why you can’t get pregnant then you might need to re-examine what ‘tried everything’ really means. I’ve heard from many women who say they’ve ‘tried everything’ yet when I ask about certain aspects of their fertility plan they haven’t in fact covered those areas off. So what are all the areas, how do you cover them all off?

Well that is one long story and exactly what I wrote about in The Getting Pregnant Plan. When I had to work out a way to get pregnant naturally or else face IVF I got very serious about my research. I was sick of hearing one doctor or therapist contradict the other! Not one person I dealt with was willing to give ‘other methods’ any credit! So a herbalist wouldn’t recommend acupuncture. A doctor wouldn’t recommend a herbalist, and around and around it went.

I decided I needed to do EVERYTHING short of drugs and IVF. If I did that and still didn’t get pregnant then I would look at IVF; I just couldn’t face it when there was apparently no problem. Ever heard the term unexplained infertility or secondary infertility? What these terms basically mean is that there has been no medical way of detecting why you can’t get pregnant. In some fields they will intimate that there is indeed a problem but there just isn’t a medical way of detecting it yet.

So in my case it was a matter of working out all the possible ways that I could positively impact my chances of conceiving. To my surprise I found PLENTY! There are so many ways to positively impact your chances of getting pregnant but also there are many ways to negatively impact your chances too and most people are doing at least some of them every single day….many doing most of them!

If you want to know everything I discovered; all the things I did to positively impact my chances of getting pregnant and how I conceived at the age of 39, no thanks to the doctors, then grab a copy of The Getting Pregnant Plan. You will then be armed with everything I did and that you can do too. But be warned! Do not get my ebook if you want a magic pill. This isn’t one herb or one answer, it is a plan; a stepped out process that needs to be followed.

Can’t get pregnant? Tried everything? If you haven’t tried the comprehensive plan I followed, the plan that pretty much covers all your bases, then you haven’t tried everything. Give it a go, you have absolutely nothing to lose.

This is a very direct post, the most direct I’ve written but it’s done with the intended message as this: If you’ve been struggling to get pregnant and yet there is nothing ‘medically’ wrong then you need to cover off all the positive things you can do for your fertility and most importantly avoid all the the things that undermine your fertility every single day.

Think your heavy exercise routine is doing your fertility good? Think again. Think your innocent glass of wine here and there won’t hurt? Think again. Think that being a ‘bit overweight’ can’t be the problem? Think again. Think that over-the-counter everyday drug you took probably won’t cause a miscarriage before you even know you’re pregnant? Think again. I could go on and on. Can’t get pregnant? Tried everything? Have you tried The Getting Pregnant Plan?

Ovulation Test

ovulation test

Knowing when you’re ovulating is one of the most critical keys to getting pregnant there is. If you get this wrong you can really waste a great deal of time. If you haven’t used an ovulation test before then you really should be. Read my other post on free methods here and why they aren’t the best option for pinpointing your ovulation. So assuming you understand the need to use ovulation tests and how they could double your chances of getting pregnant I will cover off several ways to make the most of them over a series of three posts. Here is the first of three: [Read more →]

Fertility herbs

There are so many fertility herbs and not all of them will suit everybody. Certain herbs have specific properties so therefore do not always mean they are positive. With such a vast amount of infertility herbs to choose from it can be a little confusing knowing where to start. Herbs For Fertility

Herbs For Fertility

The second herb I’d like to discuss in this series on herbs for fertility is Black Cohosh. It is a native shrub of North America and can grow up to 8 feet tall. The shrub is easily recognised by its tall stalks of fluffy white flowers. Black Cohosh has estrogenic properties and it has been used in the past by Native Americans to help alleviate menopausal symptoms. [Read more →]

Lunar Cycle Fertility

Is there such a thing as lunar cycle fertility? Well some say absolutely yes, although you’re not likely to have a detailed conversation about this with your fertility specialist. Trying To Conceive - Forum

Due to the high number of questions I’m receiving I’ve started to consider seriously creating a forum where my visitors can chat, share their stories with each other and hopefully share some great tips too. Why on earth does the world need yet another trying to conceive forum?

Well I guess the answer is simple. Every forum is unique and I don’t know of one that has been created by someone who struggled with secondary infertility and managed to get pregnant at the age of 39 no thanks to the doctors! So in the forum I would pop in from time to time and answer questions and hopefully share some information and opinions that help you. How does that sound? [Read more →]
