If you are wanting to get pregnant fast then you really need to be sure you have all the important pieces of the fertility puzzle in the right place. The chance of conceiving in any given month is a pretty ordinary 25% and that is for healthy young fertile couples! If you need to lose more than 5% to fall into the healthy weight range then of course you would aim for more than that, but isn’t it motivating to know that just a 5% weight loss can improve your chances of getting pregnant fast!
